Dear all clients and prospective clients, I have received information that someone is calling UK residents and asking for money in a scam involving a Western Union money transfer. I understand the caller is saying he or she is calling from/associated with MacHelper. THIS IS A SCAM. THIS IS NOT LEGITIMATE. MacHelper does NOT engage in telemarketing, nor would it ever ask for money without an invoice proving services rendered.
Please know any such calls or requests are NOT legitimate, and have no connection to MacHelper or machelper.net. Please disregard these calls and do not remit any money whatsoever.
